Course: Flat 1 mile (wheeled) loop on paved course around park. www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=333200

Amenities: Commemorative shirt, water bottle, and certificate of completion with total distance covered and post-race meal.

Divisions: Individual: Male/Female: Open, Masters, Senior, Grand Master and
Wheelchair/disability division.
Team (unlimited size): Family/Friend/Corporate
Team members may register in any individual event. Total distance ran by each team member will be added to team total.

Aid Station: One fully stocked aid station with adequate supply of sports drink, water, pretzels, bananas, potato chips, cookies and boiled potatoes.
Awards: Plaques to division winners. 12hr runs will be combined into one division. Team division based on total mileage ran by team members. Individuals covering 26.2+ miles will receive special recognition.

Packet Pick-up: Packets will be available at the 4-H Building at 6 p.m. on Friday.

Pre-Race: There will be a pre-race briefing 15 min prior to the start of each event.
Post-race: A post-race meal and entertainment following event.
